All Loki items are made to order and have a turnaround time of up to 28 days.
As each piece is made especially for you, orders are non-refundable. However, if you have an issue with your item please email lokibylyza@gmail.com
CARE AND INFO
All Loki pieces are made from precious metals, so over time signs of wear are inevitable. However, there are a few things you can do to prolong that initial shine.
Avoid wearing in the shower and keep out of salt water/chlorine where possible, especially gold plated items.
Polishing cloths are a great way to keep your silver shining, but use sparingly on plated items as you may encourage the plating to come off quicker.
Warm, soapy water and an old toothbrush is an old but effective way of polishing your silver. This process is not recommended for plated items.
As all items are finished by hand, please be aware that each pendant may differ ever so slightly.
